PERSONAL TRAINING
Certified by the American Council on Exercise, Personal Trainer Maribel Paredes will help you reach your health and fitness goals by designing a safe and enjoyable program appropriate to your level of fitness. I will use various training methods; weight training, stability ball training, band and pulley training and aerobic training to keep you challenged and motivated as you become more fit.

The Food Guide Pyramid follows a certain number of servings and a variety of foods to eat such as; carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, dairy and proteins to help you make better food choices for optimum energy and health.
